It's an Essence texture, in the Altitude section, and it's called
Diamonddeck. If you don't have the Essence Textures, stop here.

Go down to Aminet, get TextureStudio and let it render out a 24bit pic of
this texture mapped onto a plane.  You can set up pretty much all the
parameters you'll need, even in the unregistered version.

Import the resultant 24bit pic as a texture map.
